| Reliably know if someone is in the room! In unattended vestibules or reception areas, it is often an advantage to know if someone is currently inside. This can, for example, trigger an elevator call or inform an employee of a person's presence. Unlike a motion detector, our ITS-AX4 Radar Sensor is a presence sensor. This means that as long as someone is within the previously defined area, the output remains active, regardless of whether they move or not. Only when the last person has left the area, the sensor signal drops again. IMPORTANT, the sensor cannot detect the number of people, only whether someone is in the area or not! For example, detect if a cow is in front of the milking machine, if a horse is in the gate area of the barn for an automatic gate opening. If there is no animal in the barn that then the light can be switched off or the ventilation can be raised or the automated cleaning can be started.
