Wireless radio position switches – flexible control without cables or batteries
|
The wireless radio position switches offer a reliable way to control machines at distances of up to 100 meters. They eliminate the need for cable connections and give mobile machines significantly more freedom of movement. Communication is based on the Zigbee® protocol, which enables stable transmission and allows up to 32 transmitters to be used with one receiver.
The transmitter operates completely without batteries, as it generates the energy it needs itself when activated and thus transmits the coded signal. This eliminates the need for regular battery changes, making the systems particularly low-maintenance and sustainable.
For even easier commissioning, sets are available ex works that are already paired, so no teaching is necessary. They can be used immediately and operate according to the plug-and-play principle. In addition, different transmitter types such as position switches, hand switches, or rope pull switches can be flexibly combined with one receiver, offering a high degree of flexibility in application. |

Wireless transmission of switching signals from sensors
The XZBWE112A24 Wireless Transmitter from Telemecanique allows switching signals from sensors to be wirelessly transmitted to a receiver. Unlike wireless switches, this transmitter requires a power supply to power itself and the connected sensor. The large LED light at the top of the device indicates the current switching status.
The transmitter works with any sensor that outputs a PNP or NPN switching signal.
