The ITS-AX4 radar sensor enables reliable detection of vehicles and people, both indoors and outdoors. Thanks to state-of-the-art radar technology, the sensor is weather-resistant and works accurately even in difficult lighting conditions or darkness. The area to be monitored can be flexibly defined up to a size of 6 x 3 meters.
The adjustable sensitivity allows the sensor to be configured to detect either vehicles only or both vehicles and people. Two integrated switching outputs (one normally open, one normally closed) reliably transmit the detected signals. The sensor remains in the active switching state while present and also detects the direction of movement.
The compact design (108 x 74 x 18 mm) and simple mounting using an 18 mm hole and lock nut make installation easy, even for retrofitting. Configuration is conveniently carried out via Bluetooth using a free app available for iOS and Android. All functions and detection zones can be intuitively set via the app, supported by a live view of the detected environment.
Thanks to its ability to transmit electromagnetic waves through certain materials, such as plastic, the sensor can be installed in a protected manner without compromising functionality. The ITS-AX4 combines modern technology with practical application and is ideal for a wide range of applications where precise, weather-independent motion detection is required. |
