Inductive sensors

Inductive sensors

for metallic objects

Detect metal reliably

Inductive sensors work, as the name suggests, according to the law of induction. This basically requires a coil (winding), a magnetic field and "movement". This measuring principle allows contactless and thus wear-free detection of angles, paths and speeds of metal.

Good to know about inductive proximity sensors

Bündiger und nicht bündiger Einbau

Shielded
More switching distance or more protection?

Non-flush sensors have the advantage that they have a higher switching distance, since they do not have to be shielded to the outside and the sensor field can therefore spread out unhindered.

Flush-mounted sensors, on the other hand, can be completely recessed in the surrounding material and are therefore much less sensitive to dirt deposits or mechanical damage.

Versatile
Different functions

The various output functions such as normally closed (NC), normally open (NO) and changeover (NO/NC) provide different solutions for your applications.

Verschiedene Bauformen

Flexibility
The right shape for every application

The range of our inductive sensors extends from the very small to the normal series with threads to the large rectangular ones with the rotatable heads.
